The weather has been so nice here this week. Steph called to see if I wanted to go for a walk with her and her kiddos on Tuesday. I did. She came over and we walked to Eric's office to take him the lunch he had forgotten. It was Lucy's first stroll and it was wonderful weather! We have been out doing various errands every day since then. Today we are going over to Steph's house for another walk!
On our walk yesterday, I saw numerous people mowing their green grass. How often does that happen on November 4th in Laramie? Not very, I am thinking. I love warm weather!
Another abnormality has occurred. Eric put up cardboard in our bedroom window yesterday in an attempt to block out the light. I never thought I would see the day when I would want to stop the beautiful sunlight from entering the house. It has happened. I am very thankful he came up with the idea, because it makes naps so much easier and I NEED NAPS! Other than a constant headache arising from interrupted sleep cycles, I am recovering very well. I feel GOOD!
Lucy is doing well. Apparently, she is on a growth spurt and eats almost constantly! According to the baby bible, this should only last for another day or two, and for that I am grateful. As a result of the spurt, she has a case of baby acne, but that is also subsiding. She remains as sweet and cute as could be and just for fun, here is a picture! Or three.
