This Labor Day we went with Wes and Debbie for a walk in the mountains toward Deseret Peak. We didn't make it that far though. We didn't even make it to the lake, but we got some good exercise and some good views. The vegetation up the trail is lush and beautiful. We took picnics and had a good time. That was Monday, today is Wednesday, and I am still sore.
