Progress on the house

We went today to look at our house. We are getting so anxious to move in, and thought we might enjoy seeing the progress. We thought right. We had not expected them to have gotten so far. The biggest things still lacking are carpet and appliances. Hopefully they will be done soon. It would be wonderful if we could move the closing date up a few days!

Here are some self-explanatory pictures of the inside. I will provide a commentary anyway.
The entryway: I love, love, LOVE the hardwood floors. You can't see the full prettiness, but when it is mopped, it will shine!!!
Dining and Great Rooms: Not much to say, except we are really happy with the paint color.

Half Bath: Located on one's left at entrance to our house. I love the mirror and the pedestal sink. Don't love the height of the dwarfed toilet. (Apparently they are more energy efficient).

Bedroom (master): Not a great picture, but great windows!

Master Bathroom: We really like how the counter top contrasts with the cabinets. Another stunted toilet.

Kitchen: Our favorite room! We love how the kitchen came together. I love how light it is. I got butterflies when we walked in and saw it!

This is a better picture of the wood flooring. Isn't it pretty?!

I cannot contain my excitement! I love this house!
Other bonuses...
We drove around the neighborhood. We saw a wonderful huge park nearby, a wonderful small park nearby, we are within walking distance of the church (even on snowy days) and we drove through Tooele--already used the bank and ate out for lunch! Fun day.
Interesting note...
We aren't sure why, but the numbers on our street have been assigned in a sporadic manner. The numbers jump from 33 to 25 to 15 to 7 to 8 to 13 and somehow back to 50 -- that's us. When we figure it out we will let you know.
