It was free zoo day on my birthday, and every momma and baby in Salt Lake knew it. We parked a looooooooonnnnnnnngggggggg way from the front gate, but once we made it inside, the kids loved it. We were caught in more than a couple road blocks, but Lu and Sam didn't care. We didn't see all the animals, just the elephant, tiger, leopard, seals, and giraffes.

We ended at the splash pad. It wasn't splashing, but Lucy wanted to go play around. It was quite crowded, so I sat back with Sam and took a few pictures.
We went to the library on the way home, ate my favorite soup for lunch and made a March table craft in the afternoon. A good birthday. :)
