We went up and down our street trick-or-treating with Olga and Lena. Sam got really into the excitement as we went along. He wanted Eric to carry him in the beginning, but he charged right up to our neighbors' front doors by the end. Lucy would remind him to say thank you. It was a fun time!
It was plenty warm for Lucy in her St. Bernard costume. Near the end she said, "Look, Mom, I am sweating!" and wanted to take her hood off in between houses. We heard that yesterday was the warmest Halloween that Utah has ever recorded.
Both of the kids also loved giving candy away once we got back to the house.
