The Hutch

Clark and Maria gave us a hutch when we moved into our new house. It was brown, but we decided to give it a fresh coat and now it looks like this:

We did it on a Saturday, when Eric was home and could watch Lucy. And it got done all in one day! Phenomenal.

P.S. After typing the word, phenomenal, I looked up synonyms, just to make sure it was an accurate description. This is what I found:

unusual...extra special...unparalleled...unique...rare

All are a perfect representation of such a project accomplished in so short a time with so mobile a baby in the house.

And here is that mobile baby. Crawling here, there and everywhere. Oft times she gets stuck and I hear her crying out for help.

It is so much fun to watch her grow!
