September was an eventful month for our family. It was very busy with lots going on. Eric went on a couple hunting trips and a work trip and the kids and I babysat some friends a couple of days each week. We had a lot of fun!

While Dad went hunting with Wes, I took the kids to Pinedale to stay with Steph for a while. We saw Grandma and Grandpa and Sylvie. We also saw moose. We went to the park a couple of times and took the Mayos' family photos. We love, love, love the Mayos. |

When Dad got back from his hunt, we decided it was time to have some fun. We bought the Salt Lake City Connect pass and started the fun that very weekend. Our first stop was the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum. The kids had a blast. |

Each time Lucy reads a book, she gets to play with a Palace Pet on the Ipad. (We have now gotten to the point that she reads more books than she keeps track of.) |

The Tracy Aviary is always a favorite (and we went on the pass). This was only our second time back. We attended both the outdoor and indoor bird shows. We had a lazy walk around and a picnic then headed to the Leonardo. |

The Leonardo was a surprisingly fun time. I did not expect that it would be so child friendly. We enjoyed Lego building, virtual haircuts and creating artwork. |

The Aerial Tram at Snowbird was so fun! It was the perfect weather to be up on top of the mountain. Lucy and I were a bit nervous in the tram, being so high up in the air, but it was definitely worth it. |

We went to the Natural History Museum of Utah on our pass. The kids LOVED it. Sam loved all the dinosaurs and related activities. They loved the backyard play area--playing in the stream and digging for bones. Sam walked around the bones saying, "This is so awesome! This is SUPER awesome!" |

Lucy does not share his passion.
(It was really the height that was making her nervous. She will not be lifted more than 5 feet in the air for anything.) |

Wade started eating cereal with bananas. He REALLY enjoys eating. |
Quotes:
Sam was looking at google images for a dinosaur costume. "Mom, I really want to be a T-rex, but I can't find the
perfect one!"
We were skyping with Eric during his work trip to Florida. I guess Lucy was feeling tired. "Well, should we call it a day?"
